Maintenance

When it comes to service and maintenance contracts, Blue Wall do not just have one package to suit all customers. We have several large and small maintenance contracts and can provide tailor made packages to suit each customer’s needs and size of their business in order for their business to grow with us rather than grow away from us.

These relationships are something we pride ourselves in as it shows the customer′s continuing support and assurance in our product and service.

We ensure that we don’t let any customer down on service calls whether they have a contract or not as all our customers are provided with the same quality of service and attention irrespective of size.

Commitment to Quality

We work harder and longer so that everyone is satisfied. We also make sure that our equipment is working when we attend for maintenance. Most companies just use cleaning cards. Blue Wall will take it apart and clean it. This ensures your equipment lasts longer.

Extended Life Expectancy

With regular maintenance work, the life expectancy of a DESIGNA Parking System can run between 7-10 years but without regular maintenance works, it can become quite expensive to maintain and life expectancy decreases.(a number of systems are working after 12 years following regular maintenance).

Flexible Contracts

Customers with maintenance contracts receive priority service and are provided with a round the clock number to reach us, 7 days a week.
We pride ourselves in our flexibility and will be happy to tailor contracts to customer’s requests and budgets.

The standard contracts we offer are as follows;

  • Comprehensive, Parts and Labour.

    This provides for a comprehensive Maintenance contract which covers all scheduled maintenance as well as all labour, all parts necessary to resolve service calls and to repair

    damaged equipment which cannot be solved or cannot be expected to be solved by car park staff. It excludes damage to equipment caused by vandalism or misuse. (See terms and conditions for complete list)

  • Comprehensive Labour.

    This provides for a comprehensive labour contract which covers all scheduled maintenance
    as well as all labour to resolve service calls and all labour to repair damaged equipment which cannot be solved or cannot be expected to be solved by car park staff. A charge will apply for any parts used during the term of this contract. It excludes the labour necessary to repair damage to equipment caused by vandalism or misuse.   • Maintenance Only

    This provides for a maintenance only contract which covers all labour for scheduled quarterly.

Our service team provides 24 x 7 support throughout Ireland.

    Blue Wall have worked for Clonmel Healthcare for the past 7 years. As part of a recent extension Blue Wall designed and installed an extension of our security system controlling pedestrians and vehicle access, upgrading to high resolution IP cameras, adding UHF vehicle tag readers, license plate recognition and Voice over IP intercoms.     Blue Wall were involved in the initial design and installation of the parking system at Dundrum Town Centre. Planning started in 2003. Over the last years the system has been continuously upgraded and expanded with the latest addition being our DESIGNA “Findit” license plate recognition system. We find Blue Wall staff to be highly competent in IT, electrical installations and problem solving. They work closely with our staff and are innovative and customer focused.
